Spiritual direction is a confidential, contemplative space where you can bring your questions, joys, struggles, and longings into conversation. Through listening and reflection, we explore your relationship with God and the ways the Spirit may be inviting you to grow.
Together, we tend to what is growing, what is hurting, and what is calling for our attention. We listen for the gentle presence of God, trusting that the Spirit is already at work within us.
You do not have to arrive with answers. You are invited to come with curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to notice.

Group spiritual direction is a practice of listening—to God, to ourselves, and to one another. In a small group setting, participants are invited to share from their lived experience, listen with compassion, and discern the movements of the Spirit together.
Guided formation practices offer a gentle framework for cultivating a deeper awareness of God through prayer, reflection, and embodied spiritual practices. These gatherings create space to explore faith, attend to the soul, and discover new ways of living in relationship with God.
